Asana vs Todoist. Why is Asana better than Todoist? Can sort task lists? Has task status? Can attach files? Has goal tracking? Can archive your old data? Exports to email? 6.23MB smaller app size (Android app)? 0.57MB vs 6.8MB; Scroll down for more details. Todoist misses some of the more important features for business that Asana has, such as messaging and detailed tracking, but Todoist Business does seem to address some of those. In any case it probably requires paid access to use functionally for business, which is a bit beyond my intended uses right now. Asana is a project manager. Todoist is a task manager. Asana is a top-down helicopter view of everything, and at it's core is more designed towards collaboration. Todoist is the medium to short time perspective, and is more geared towards personal use, but does come with collaboration features.

Louis CastellanoCEO, Lakeside CNC Group
“Zoho Flow was the main reason we decided in favor of the Zoho platform. An ability to integrate the different parts of the platform is priceless, and we were able to set as many process triggers as we need. Currently, we have eight large flows. They integrate Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho CRM, and Zoho Cliq in various combinations.” Know more
